GGG Girl's Conference

 Host Notes

"Triple G which stands for (Gods Gorgeous Girls) has always been a part of my journey. I always wanted to see Girls gathered together ,appreciate & show each other loveGod placed this in my heart and I remember telling my sisters that this is what is pressed in my spirit & we should do it, and they liked the idea & supported it,but we never really sat down &  made IT happen until now.
Mpho Sehunya(Miss Host Herself)
outside church walls from different walks of life, to talk, celebrate, embrace

I believe God has placed us here for a reason & he has deposited great things in our hearts, & the devil deposits fear, we begin to be afraid, unsure, scared & worried, thus not act on and implement the assignments given to us.

You’ll hear more on my testimony at the Seminar. I am grateful to God who  has been so patient with me, guiding me & now Its  Time!!!!. Implementation of Gods Agenda

No.1 Triple G is about Connecting Girls to their divine Purpose, girl it's okay to Dream Big and act on your dreams.
No. 2. We live in a society that places a high degree of importance on physical beauty. And as Christian girls we have also adapted that culture, and there's nothing wrong with that. I actually love looking good & taking care of myself. However I also strongly believe that there are inner qualities that define true Beauty (absolute Gorgeousness). The bible says in 1 Peter 3:3 "Do not let your adornment be merely outward-arranging the hair, wearing gold, putting on fine apparel - rather let it be the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible beauty of gentle and quiet spirit" be beautiful inside out, be Attractive to God. We will focus on this at the seminar I can't give away all details ;-)
No. 3 The Importance of Education
No. 4 A Girl and her Business, minding your own Business. Entrepreneurship
No. 5 Relationships :-)
No. 6 A girl & her finances. Financial planning

It's going to be very inter-active gathering and the  Speakers will gladly handle questions and views

NB:All Girls (Single, Married and our Mothers) are invited to the Seminar.

Mpumalanga Zone Monthly Youth Service 31 July 2016*

Word from Bab E. Sambo(Youth Organiser)
1st Session

Bab E Sambo

“The Word of God as staple food for spiritual growth”
Ephesians 4: 10-16; 1 Peter 2: 1-2
Staple food represents the kind of food we need for growth, all kind of starch.
The process of being born again runs parallel as the natural birth.
Therefore, the expectation is to see one born of God to manifest signs of growth by developing a good character.
“WE CANNOT BE SOCIAL GIANT BUT SPIRITUALLY ARE MOSQUOTOS” OR Spiritual giant but social dwarfs”
  • We need to crave for spiritual growth.
  • Get rid of carnal mind renewing of the mind by the word firstly – the word of God has the power to convict and transform.
Challenge we face as brethren who get trapped between Calvary and Pentecost.
We need to ask God to reveal his mysteries in this staple food which is His word.
Psalm 118: 18
Feast in the word intentionally seeking deep things of God.
“We are what we eat”
For spiritual growth we need to read the bible, after all has been said the word is the final authority.
  • Encourage bible Study. The goal of spiritual growth is to move from the general into sharing the gospel with the world
“No work of God can lack substance “
“Our spiritual body can grow depending on the spiritual food we eat”.

2nd session
Qualities of an effective Christian Leader.
If we want to produce a balance Christians youth we have to develop a quality leaders.
  • All are called to serve, yet not in the same functions. i.e body parts
  • Trapped in every follower is a leader with of  parallel magnitude”
Some may be ushers, others cleaner, intercessor we all are called to serve.
Vibrant leaders produce vibrant organization same as sleeping leadership produces sleeping organization.
Christ did not come to be served but came to serve.
Jesus came and was a leader who empowered and cared socially for others.
One who desires to be in leadership must:
  • Deny themselves (Christian leadership is not about oneself but about Christ)
  • Serve everyone
  • Sacrificially serving
  • A leader with exemplary lifestyle:
  • Christian leaders must not only demonstrate godly grace-filled life, but also certain skills appropriate for task at hand.
  • Full of the spirit and wisdom meaning leaders who are spiritual and practically relevant.
Christian Leadership is a serious business.
